What's Oodelah?
Oodelah is a woman- and minority-owned wellness collective founded by a group of women with a shared passion for supporting their community. We provide personalized, non-pharmaceutical wellness services—including massage, facials, waxing, skincare, and prenatal care—to help each individual find relief, build resilience, and feel their best.
At Oodelah, we believe everyone deserves a place to slow down and feel cared for. As a locally owned, LGBTQIA+ proud spa, we're committed to creating a welcoming, body-positive space where self-care feels approachable and made just for you. Why we do what we do:
The CDC estimates over 50 million Americans suffer with chronic pain (more than diabetes & heart disease) and approximately 10 million Americans overused or misused opiate pain medications. The World Health Organization lists chronic inflammatory disease to be the most significant cause of death in the world.
At Oodelah, we understand that wellness looks different for everyone. Our founders have personal experience with chronic pain and know the physical and emotional challenges it can bring. That's why we've created a welcoming space that meets you where you are—offering compassionate, personalized care to support you on your journey to feeling your best.
