FAQ

Why is a card required to book a service?

To reserve your appointment, we require a card on file. Your card will not be charged until after your service unless you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. This policy helps protect our practitioners' time and ensures they are compensated for the preparation that goes into every appointment.

Do I have to get naked?

The short answer is "No!"

Many of our services can be enjoyed fully clothed, and for others, you only undress to your comfort level and the needs of your treatment. Your privacy, modesty, and comfort are always respected through professional draping and giving you complete privacy while dressing and undressing.

What if I am uncomfortable with people seeing and touching my body? Can I still get services?

Absolutely, YES!

At Oodelah, we provide custom services that allow our professional practitioners to meet the needs of each individual client they see.  This means we can accommodate different levels of modesty, different body types, different skin types, and different cultures and preferences.

Your comfort is our priority!

No... Seriously. I weigh too much, have too many moles, I'm covered in stretch marks, body pooches, creases, scars, hair, blemishes, etc.

Seriously—we've got you!

When we say everyone is welcome here, we mean it. Our team provides professional, judgment-free self-care in a safe, inclusive space. Bodies come in all shapes, sizes, and stories, and we're here to help you celebrate yours, care for it, and feel at home in it.

What if I fall asleep, snore, drool, pass gas, etc.?

We're all human—it happens! Snoring, drooling, or other signs of deep relaxation are completely normal. In fact, we take it as a compliment that you're comfortable enough to truly unwind.

I get uncomfortable laying on my back (or stomach). Do I have to lay in those positions?

No! We tailor our services to your comfort and needs. Whether you have difficulty lying on your stomach or back, our practitioners can adjust positioning and techniques to help you feel relaxed and supported. Open communication helps us create the best experience for your body.

What happens if I get an erection while having bodywork done?

This can happen, and it is a normal physiological response to touch and relaxation. There is no need to panic or feel embarrassed—our practitioners are trained to respond professionally, respectfully, and without judgment while maintaining your dignity and comfort. We simply ask that all clients respect professional boundaries throughout their service. If the team member feels like a client has been inappropriate, violated boundaries, or presents a safety risk, they will terminate the service immediately without refund.
