At Oodelah, our massage sessions are fully customizable to meet your session goals. Whether you just want to relax, focus on an uncomfortable area, or both, your therapist can design a session just for you. All of our massages include use of cream, lotion, or oil, and the use of hot towels to ensure the techniques chosen by you and our therapist meet your treatment goals.
ASHIATSU MASSAGE

Ashiatsu is a massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety.
PRENATAL/POSTPARTUM MASSAGE
60 min, $90
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women, while postpartum massage focuses on helping the body heal and rest in the 3 months after delivery. Specially-designed techniques, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to keep the client safe and comfortable. Prenatal massage is safe in low risk pregnancies from the 1st trimester until 1 week past the due date. If you have questions, please reach out to speak with our certified prenatal massage therapist.
MEDICAL/ORTHOPEDIC/PHYSICAL THERAPY MASSAGE
These sessions are designed to assist customers who are currently receiving other services for pain management, rehabilitation, or are recovering from injury, or surgery and dealing with pain.

SPOT MAGNESIUM OIL TREATMENT
$10
Topical magnesium can act as a muscle relaxer and improve nerve function. In this treatment, mag oil is applied to the area of concern. Then, hot towels are then applied to relax the tissue, increase circulation, and allow the magnesium to penetrate the tissue more effectively. This is an excellent treatment to decrease the symptoms of leg cramps, muscle spasms, and restless leg syndrome. This add on is safe for prenatal massage as well!

Full Service Therapeutic Topical - $30
We offer several therapeutic additives that can be added to your session as a spot treatment on one areas, or added to the massage oil to be used for the whole body during the session. Therapeutic additives can be helpful for pain, inflammation, swelling, increasing circulation, and many other things. Ask your practitioner which therapeutic topicals would be the best fit for you, or give us a call with questions.

Need that extra firm pressure for it to feel effective? Add deep pressure to our relaxing, focused, or integrated sessions to get what you need! Don't have the funds but still need the pressure? Try an Ashiatsu session, which naturally provides deep pressure without extra work for your therapist.
