At Oodelah, our massage sessions are fully customizable to meet your session goals. Whether you just want to relax, focus on an uncomfortable area, or both, your therapist can design a session just for you. All of our massages include use of cream, lotion, or oil, and the use of hot towels to ensure the techniques chosen by you and our therapist meet your treatment goals.

Ashiatsu is a massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women, while postpartum massage focuses on helping the body heal and rest in the 3 months after delivery. Specially-designed techniques, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to keep the client safe and comfortable. Prenatal massage is safe in low risk pregnancies from the 1st trimester until 1 week past the due date. Medical Massage Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation for clients referred by a healthcare provider. Includes chart notes for potential insurance reimbursement and collaboration with your care team to design a therapeutic plan.

Medical Massage (60 minutes)
A focused, goal-oriented session addressing specific areas of pain, injury, or chronic dysfunction. Charting and provider coordination included as needed.

Medical Massage (90 minutes)
Extended treatment time for complex conditions, allowing for deeper therapeutic work and multiple areas of focus.

Medical Massage (120 minutes)
Comprehensive, full-body therapeutic care for chronic conditions or systemic tension. Ideal for ongoing maintenance and recovery.

"Not just a foot massage"

Reflexology uses a targeted, pressure-point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. The treatment usually focuses on the feet, but it can also include the hands and ears. Reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues. With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy. It is said to do so through moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses. This ultimately improves overall health and balance. Our certified reflexologist will help you define your treatment goals so you can get the most out of your session.

Ask your therapist about our available essential oils and top shelf fragrance oils we have available to enhance your experience! All oils are dilluted with a hypoallergenic carrier oil for safety. 

Deep or firm pressure feels good for some people, but is harder on our practitioner's bodies, so this is an extra charge.

Note: "Deep tissue" massage is different than deep pressure. Deep tissue targets specific muscles and deeper layers of the body with therapeutic techniques. Deep/firm pressure just means we press harder. Want firm pressure without the extra charge? Check out Ashiatsu!

Your practitioner will activate pressure points to stimulate your body's lymph system, clearing away excess fluids from the face, ears, and neck. Soft silicone cups are combined with gentle massage to lift and relax the face without leaving marks. Our house-blend facial oil nourishes the skin, decreases inflammation, and leaves you glowing. Optional essential oil blends for respiration and immune system balancing can be added at no extra charge. Cramps got you down? Let us treat your tummy with a CBD topical, optional hot stone abdominal massage and an extra large heated rice bag to help soothe your symptoms.

CBD (Full Body or Spot Treatment)- This non-menthol cream combines CBD and Arnica for pain relief. Ingredients: MCT oil, broad spectrum cbd oil, sunflower oil, hemp seed oil, olive oil, jojoba oil.

Magnesium Oil Leg Wraps (or Spot Treatment)- This combination of topical magnesium and steamy towels helps soothe restless legs, aches and swelling.

MycoClinic (Full Body or Spot Treatment)- Myco Clinic is a therapeutic ointment that combines functional mushrooms and medicinal herbs with camphor and menthol for that icy-warm pain relief. Ingredients: arnica, beeswax, colloidal oatmeal, ginger, honeysuckle, jojoba, MCT oil, extract of cordyceps/lion's mane/reishi/shiitake, sunflower oil, sweet orange, tumeric.
