Starting January 14th 2026, I’ll be adjusting my prices.
Moving Forward in 2026
Here’s the practical side of things, clearly and simply:
My new rates will be:
$135 for 60 minutes
$170 for 90 minutes
$205 for 120 minutes
Voucher members will receive 10% off the price difference when receiving a service from me.
Gift certificates and packages purchased before the change will stay at current rates until July 1, 2026, at which time, the price difference will be due at checkout after your service.
Already-booked appointments (starting Jan 14th, 2026) will reflect the new pricing at checkout, but you can switch future sessions to another therapist anytime.
The rest of the Oodelah team will continue offering care at current rates.
Financial accommodations will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For My Regular Clients
If you’ve been on my table for months or years, thank you. Truly. Your trust has shaped my hands and my heart.
I also understand that price increases can feel scary or heavy—especially when pain is already expensive enough to manage.
To make this transition gentler, I’ve been working closely with the incredible massage therapists on the Oodelah team. Many of them have trained directly with me, and I trust them deeply. They’ve learned to see clients as individuals first, patterns and protocols second. If my new pricing structure is an obstacle for you, but you’re open to embracing the change, here’s what this will mean for you:
You’ll still receive thoughtful, personalized care from the team.
They will consult with me whenever needed to support your treatment.
They use techniques tailored to your body and your needs.
Their pricing will stay the same, honoring the current rate structure.
If my new pricing makes regular care with me financially difficult, but you truly need to continue your care with me, you can ask about sliding scale options, which we’ll always consider individually and confidentially.
For Everyone Else
All the other practitioners at Oodelah will still be offering services at the same prices as before! I am still accepting new clients at my new rates, but please be aware that it can be several weeks before an appointment becomes available. If you are needing care quickly, check out my teammates on our online booking portal.
Why I’m Raising My Prices
I want to start by saying this: I didn’t come to this decision quickly, or comfortably. This shift is ultimately about balance—between high-quality care, long-term sustainability, and accessibility for more people who are hurting and looking for support.
Since 2011, my work has focused on complex orthopedic conditions and chronic pain. It has required a lot of ongoing training, a lot of clinical obsession (the fun kind, I promise), and even more listening. The work has stretched me, taught me humility, and deepened my belief that every body has a story worth understanding.
The price change reflects a few realities I can’t ignore anymore:
I’ve now been doing this for 13+ years, with a lot of specialized study behind it.
I pour a lot of time, thought, and care into each session.
The cost of running a professional practice continues to rise.
The cost of just being alive continues to rise.
And honestly? I’m craving a bit more room in my schedule to take on new clients in acute, complex pain who are searching for support just like many of you once were.
Raising my prices allows me to keep doing this work sustainably—without burning out or compromising the level of care you’ve come to expect from me.
My Growing Love for Mentorship
One of the biggest surprises of my career has been how much I love teaching.
Training other therapists has given me a new kind of purpose. It means more availability for clients, consistent care across the team, and a wider range of approaches and modalities for you to explore.
My hope is that this ripple effect means you always receive individualized care from someone I believe in—even if it isn’t me directly every time.
Questions? Need Support?
You never have to navigate these kinds of changes alone.
If you want to talk through pricing concerns, sliding scale inquiries, switching to another therapist, or even referrals outside of Oodelah if needed, our admin team is here for you.
You can reach us anytime at admin@oodelah.com. Every conversation is confidential, judgment-free, and centered around what actually supports you.
Massage therapy has never felt like “just a service” to me. It’s like sharing a bit of magic while I join someone on a deeply personal journey—especially when we’re talking about chronic pain, injuries, and the deeper frustration of not feeling at home in your own body.
I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in that space since 2011, and I want to keep doing what I love: helping people experience more ease, more relief, and a little more hope in their bodies. I want to do all of that in a way that lets me stay present, compassionate, and steady for years to come.
Thank you for trusting me with your care. It’s an honor I don’t take lightly.
With SO much gratitude,
Caelie
