Nicholas is a newly licensed massage therapist who is also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yoga, and personal training. In addition, he has worked at Natural Grocers for over 8 years and views health as a holistic approach rather than as a static goal.

"I prioritize working with the body while focusing on the clients' goals. Moving the body in a way that allows it to open, layer by layer, I give the nervous system the opportunity to down-regulate. By working within your boundaries, I allow the tissues to soften and create space gradually. I love working with specific therapeutic goals, as well as providing a classic "Feel Good" massage."
